With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Dr. Karen Lottis has emerged as a trailblazer in the field of healthcare, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care as both a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) and accomplished Nurse Practitioner (NP). For the past 18 years, the focus has been on hormone and thyroid adjustment as well as adrenal and GI function. Dr. Lottis' unwavering commitment to fostering natural healing alternatives and emphasizing prevention and quality of life factors has made her a respected figure in the industry.

Dr. Lottis embarked on her educational journey at Seattle Pacific University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 1994, setting the foundation for her lifelong pursuit of excellence in patient care. Her insatiable thirst for knowledge led her to the University of New Mexico, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and subsequently her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Dr. Lottis' pursuit of a doctorate in research was not only driven by intellectual curiosity, but also by an earnest desire to unearth effective and proven methods for disease prevention, alleviating negative symptoms, and enhancing the overall quality of life for individuals from all walks of life.

At the heart of Dr. Karen Lottis' philosophy lies a deep-rooted belief in the power of natural healing alternatives. Her holistic approach to healthcare goes beyond conventional methods, placing significant emphasis on preventive measures and factors that contribute to the overall well-being of her patients. With a focus on an individual’s symptoms and concerns, she crafts a plan specifically for each person.
With an insatiable curiosity, she has traveled throughout a large part of the world over the years and hopes to continue this exploration as time allows. As an avid outdoor and animal-lover, she camps with her dogs and horses throughout the year, rides as often as possible, and belongs to several horsemanship groups. Her constant companions and joy are her 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 horses and giant tortoise.
