Sara Henderson

Call her Sara with no H — but her favorite little people call her Mimi. Mom and stepmom to 5 boys and 1 girl, surviving life on popcorn, hot tamales (the candy), and the occasional PB&J. Formerly from Washington State, she also spent part of her childhood living in exciting places like the Philippines and Alaska before settling in Arizona 8 years ago.



A former orthodontic front desk professional, Sara changed paths after her own life was transformed through hormone and thyroid treatment. That experience sparked a passion for helping others feel balanced, healthy, and like themselves again. She loves sunshine, late-night reading, walks, and connecting with people — you will not however find her out on any hiking trails, as she proudly states her love language to be “I hate hiking!”



She’s excited to continue learning and growing alongside Dr. Lottis, the staff, and all the wonderful patients she gets to meet along the way.
